Roles & Responsibilities
- Enable the P&C Function by aligning structure, culture, and talent with business goals to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Enhance HR Processes and Increase partnership with COEs in the areas of employee relations, investigations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and more.
- Own labor relations in the assigned area in collaboration with ELR and L&E experts, ensuring all obligations are met while identifying key HR challenges and opportunities.
- Manage employee relations-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead change programs and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Coach, master HR processes, and lead projects.
- Partner with leaders and support employees on organizational and employee matters while establishing a strategic partnership with business leaders.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define HR goals and metrics.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into existing HR systems and workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and advancements to continuously improve HR processes.
- Lead and expand the impact of optimization practices within P&C, along with communications and change management.
- Provide hands-on training and support to P&C team members on various areas.
- Analyze and interpret data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for P&C strategies.
- At least 5 years of experience conducting investigations or relevant work experience.
- 3 years of experience in Employee and Labor Relations, or a related field.
- BS or BA Degree or a combination of a High School Diploma and 10 years of progressive experience in investigations or HR roles.
- Experience in influencing without authority.
- Recent experience in coaching and mentoring at all levels across an organization.
- Familiarity with data privacy and ethical considerations in HR.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and high acumen and hands-on experience with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., MS-Tools, Excel, PBI, and other dashboards).
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- 2 years’ experience managing change and adoption in organizations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
