As the Senior Manager of Global Corporate Citizenship, this individual will be instrumental in advancing our company’s philanthropic initiatives through a business-aligned, metrics-driven approach to creating social value.
Roles & Responsibilities
General :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social investment and corporate philanthropy strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and sustainability goals, ensuring proper collaboration with key stakeholders internally.
- Identify and prioritize key areas for social investment, community engagement and philanthropic initiatives.
- Oversee the planning, execution and evaluation of philanthropic programs, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including nonprofit organizations, government officials and community leaders to maximize collective impact.
- Develop and promote employee volunteer programs and initiatives that resonate globally by addressing local community needs and concerns.
- Identify and leverage untapped communications opportunities to enhance the company's external reputation and the program's internal reputation, ensuring continued investment and support from leadership.
- Encourage and facilitate employee participation in corporate philanthropy efforts.
- Provide support and resources for employee-led community projects.
- Manage and allocate the company’s philanthropic budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Implement and develop robust impact measurement frameworks to track and report on social returns.
- Manage and maintain policies and procedures to properly govern social investments and philanthropy efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to corporate philanthropy.
