The USCAN People and Culture Leader will play a pivotal role leading a team of area HRBPs that are responsible for providing solutions, thought partnership and business talent strategies for the USCAN Manufacturing sites. The P&C Leader will provide guidance, support and governance for key HR programs, best practices, and people solutions to the business. Provide strategic consultation and coaching to the USCAN team and leaders that contribute to the growth of the business and the team.

Roles & Responsibilities
Leads HRBPs Professionals located in multiple manufacturing facilities across USCAN region.
- Partners to drive talent strategies, plans and organizational capabilities, for manufacturing environments.
- Develops HR plan to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the identified gaps. Ensures the organization has suitable access to talent to ensure future business growth and success.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple sites within APS, ensuring alignment within the Americas region and executes both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly enable the USCAN APS business’s’ objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify HR project requirements, resources needed, and stakeholders' expectations.
- Ensure consistency in HR practices within the HR function by establishing, implementing and advising on best practices, standards and methodology.
- Drive standardization and develop internal playbooks for various sites including continuous improvement, and Culture initiatives through consultation and relationship building, while ensuring alignment to enterprise strategies.
- Supports, develops, engages, and retains talent by creating, implementing and maintaining talent management solutions (engagement, succession planning, learning and development, assessment, planning)
- Creates an experience-based talent culture across the USCAN APS organization in aspects of talent attraction, development, improving organizational health and driving high performance culture.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition to create an end-to-end global talent model for USCAN Operations & Supply Chain that includes attraction, retention and performance and development.
- Drives diversity and inclusion strategies to embrace applicants and associates of all backgrounds and to support the full development and high performance of all associates in an inclusive environment.
- Develops strategies to address organizational change and related change management issues.
- Provide timely, effective, and direct coaching to leaders, assisting in the development of strong, transformational leadership skills.
- Develop and maintain positive and productive environment and ensure the consistent application of company competencies and behaviors.
- Provide strategic coaching to key talent in client group as it pertains to succession planning, career path development, and performance management.
- Embrace and actively engage the new operating model, looking for more efficient ways to operate.
- Drive efficiency and consistency across all functions within the site to improve the culture and employee engagement.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college a combination of a High School Diploma and 12 years of progressive experience in HR roles.
- Minimum of 10 years professional work in the Human Resources function with client-facing responsibilities including experience working in Manufacturing and Supply Chain environments.
- Travel is required 35-40%

- Ability to use data and reporting to drive strategic decisions.
