Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and follow-up care, based on individualized plans.
- Draw blood/venipuncture, obtain specimen for lab work, and administer medications safely.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and health insights accurately in medical records.
- Assist with minor procedures, wound care, and routine medical interventions as required.
Job Requirements
- Active LPN license in Alabama.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a primary care, outpatient, hospital, family medicine, or similar setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
