Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to meet client needs.
- Assist with the leasing process, including application reviews and lease execution.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure occupancy goals are met.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and follow up with leads.
Compensation:
- Hourly Wage: Competitive, based on experience.

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales or leasing experience preferred but not required.
