Senior Product Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Partner and Customer Ecosystem team. This critical role will own product planning and launches, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to execute our product strategy and achieve business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with sales, customer success, prospects, customers, and channel partners to understand pain points and opportunity areas.
- Develop product plans that drive short- and long-term business objectives.
- Define and deliver tools empowering Go-to-Market teams and enabling customers and partners to explore and implement Lyra's solution.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify pain points and define strategies for platform scalability.
- Drive excellent product development experiences for the product/design/engineering team.
- Track program metrics and report on program health to executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Go-to-Market and Customer Success teams for seamless transitions from product development to launch and onboarding.
- Identify and manage risks impacting successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives and associated goals.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in product management or a related role in software development.
- Demonstrated experience fostering strong partnerships with enterprise sales and customer success teams.
- Prior experience driving platform products and partner integrations.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience working with platform product teams, scaling solutions across the business, and other product teams.
