Private Equity (PE) Operations Associate - Lyra Technology Group
Lyra Technology Group is looking for a well-rounded professional to step in as our first Operations Associate. As the Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement across all operational areas at Lyra Technology Group. You will work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to analyze financial and operational data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize performance. Your work will directly impact the company's growth and efficiency in the tech space.
Your work as the Operations Associate will include the following components:
- Develop and implement Continuous Improvement strategies across all operational areas.
- Analyze financial and operational data (qualitative and quantitative) to benchmark performance, identify improvement opportunities, and measure the impact of changes.
- Develop value creation bridges, conduct forecasting and modelling activities, and maintain KPI reporting.
- Support leadership in project management and the creation or improvement of processes across the site.
- Influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to develop followership for initiatives.
- Create training and reference materials to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate formal and informal training to functional leads for CI initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or Accounting/Finance preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in continuous improvement, change management, or project management.
- Strong skills in Excel and data analysis.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Background in finance or critical thinking is a plus.
- Experience in performance consulting or leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
