Senior HubSpot Solutions Consultant

We’re seeking a seasoned HubSpot specialist to lead the rollout of HubSpot CRM across our portfolio of operating companies. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll consult with business leaders, design and implement automations, and embed best practices to maximize HubSpot’s potential. You’ll work closely with our operating companies on-site during deployments, requiring extensive travel, and collaborate remotely with our Growth team to ensure seamless execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead HubSpot Deployments: Spearhead the implementation of HubSpot CRM (Enterprise edition) across our operating companies, tailoring solutions to each business’s unique needs.
  • Consult & Advise: Partner with operating company leaders to assess workflows, identify opportunities, and deploy HubSpot best practices that enhance sales, marketing, and operational efficiency.
  • Build Automations: Design, test, and implement HubSpot automations to streamline processes, improve data integrity, and boost productivity.
  • Master HubSpot’s Ecosystem: Leverage expertise in Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and reporting tools (dashboards, custom reports) to deliver actionable insights and drive results. Familiarity with additional modules (Service Hub, Operations Hub) is a plus.
  • Embrace Innovation: Explore and integrate HubSpot’s Breeze AI product to enhance workflows, with a willingness to learn and adapt as this tool evolves.
  • Travel & Embed: Spend significant time on-site with operating companies during deployment phases, embedding with teams to ensure successful adoption and optimization.
  • Train & Empower: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure teams are confident and proficient in using HubSpot.
  • Collaborate Remotely: Work with the Growth team to refine strategies, share insights, and continuously improve our HubSpot deployment playbook.

What We’re Looking For

  • HubSpot Expertise: 3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including Enterprise edition, and proficiency in Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and reporting tools. Experience with Service Hub, CMS Hub, or Breeze AI is a bonus.
  • Automation Skills: Proven ability to design and implement HubSpot automations that solve real business challenges.
  • Consulting Mindset: Strong track record of advising businesses on CRM best practices, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time) to operating company locations across the U.S., embedding with teams during deployments.
  • Problem-Solving Drive: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to tackling complex challenges and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a mix of on-site and virtual collaboration.
  • Bonus Points: HubSpot certifications (e.g., Sales Hub Implementation, Marketing Hub Software, Platform Consulting) and experience in private equity or multi-company environments.

This role is currently targeting a salary of $100,000 - $120,000 DOE bonuses/benefits and will operate on a hybrid in-office schedule.
