Position Description:
Lyte Fiber is looking for a dynamic self-starter responsible for effectively selling into Small-to-medium businesses (SMB) and Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU). As part of sales process, create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Lyte Fiber products and services. Sell with goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Lyte Fiber Services in the marketplace.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Territory development to include development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations and local enhancement of Lyte Fiber, LLC positioning and brand.
- Maintaining quality sales records and preparation of sales and activity reports as required.
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and supporting a positive impression of the Lyte Fiber, LLC Experience.
- New acquisition sales of Lyte Fiber, to businesses and multi dwelling units.
- Generation of new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
- Identify improvement areas through a consultative process that would enhance our prospect’s ability to communicate more effectively both internally and externally to their customers.
- Effectively manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
- Management of defined Territory to include development of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations and local enhancement of Lyte Fiber, LLC positioning and brand.
- Team with technical, customer service and related support staffs to ensure endtoend customer sales and satisfaction and thereby drive new revenue growth.
- Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects that will yield production levels of monthly quota performance and above.
- Remain knowledgeable of Lyte Fiber products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
- Adherence to all company standards and business professionalism.
- Punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 years of sales experience, preferably in direct sales, doortodoor sales, or telecommunications.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, reliable transportation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with potential customers and build rapport.
- Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and able to work independently.
- Must be a selfstarter who takes initiative and proactively seeks out sales opportunities.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Basic understanding of internet and fiberoptic technology (training provided).
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to walk, stand, and knock on doors for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (if required).
