Position Description:
The Field Marketing & Events Supervisor will be the face of Lyte Fiber, strengthening brand presence through events and field research. They will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HOA leaders, MDU leasing managers, and event teams. Additionally, they will drive ROI from events and identify opportunities to grow subscribers through field efforts beyond traditional marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage sponsorship and event deliverables for a dynamic and diverse event and community engagement calendar.
- Ensure seamless execution of events that elevate our brand presence and resonate within the communities where Lyte Fiber is present.
- Communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders like HOA Board Members, City Council members, etc.
- Partner with the sales product, and customer success teams to execute a cohesive event strategy that aligns with business goals
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure flawless event execution
- Create events and experiences that provide a platform for sales teams to sell and capture traffic
- Develop and manage event budgets, focusing on costeffectiveness and maximizing ROI
- Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring highquality event experiences while staying within budgetary constraints
- Create event and marketing collateral for use and distribution at events
- Manage onsite event sales team and brand ambassador teams
- Research local trends and favorite/frequented places/events to connect with the community.
- Periodically conduct field surveys to help understand the local community and its needs.
- Forecast events throughout the year and maintain an event calendar.
- Work in conjunction with the digital/social media specialist to help with campaigns, and promotions of our events
- Manage relationships with event vendors, venues, and thirdparty partners, negotiating contracts and overseeing service quality
- Provide field support by surveying areas for events and inmarket observations

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with outofthebox, innovative ideas, ready to hit the ground running on day one.
- Prior experience working in the telecommunications industry a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to curate and maintain impeccable vendor relationships, manage budgets, and maximize available inventory.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to work some nights and/or weekends based on project/event needs.
- Ability to work outside in various weather elements, based on project/event needs (e.g., festivals, local rodeo’s, or a weekend promotional event in a service area)
- Event set up and tear down, and loading and unloading event equipment and supplies.
- Some travel may be necessary.
