About the Role:
The Construction Inspector Supervisor will manage and coordinate a team of OSP Construction Inspectors, ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
This individual should feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment committed to ensuring that Lyte provides exceptional experience to both the communities we work in and the service we provide to a rapidly growing customer base.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership abilities, a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices, and substantial experience in OSP construction.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising inspection activities and maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Developing and implementing training programs to ensure team members are skilled and knowledgeable
- Liaising with local government leaders and officials during construction projects

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management; relevant technical certifications or associate degree in construction management, or equivalent work experience
Two or more years of management and in field experience inspecting OSP construction teams (i.e., Foreman fiber OSP construction, fiber aerial and underground crew member, Construction Management, and Telecommunications)
