What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Field Marketer position at Lyte Fiber LLC?
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Regional Field Marketer to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that promote our telecommunications products and services. In addition to event management, this individual will assist in acquiring new residential customers through direct outreach activities, including event engagement and door-to-door marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a passion for community engagement, strong event planning skills, and the drive to help grow our customer base.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events such as trade shows, product launches, local community events, client seminars, and partner meetups within the telecom sector.
- Support customer acquisition efforts through eventbased outreach and door knocking in targeted residential areas.
- Represent the company at events and in the field, communicating the benefits of our telecom services to potential customers.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop event objectives, themes, and messaging aligned with business goals.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, AV setup, travel arrangements, and onsite operations.
- Track and manage event registrations, lead collection, guest lists, and followup communications.
- Assist in developing promotional strategies, sales materials, and local marketing campaigns that support outreach efforts.
- Analyze event and outreach performance, providing postactivity reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date on telecom industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in event planning or field marketing, ideally in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with direct, facetoface engagement with customers.
- Highly organized, selfmotivated, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events or field activity.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and traveling locally for doortodoor efforts and events.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to work some nights and/or weekends based on project/event needs.
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, based on project/event needs (e.g., festivals, local rodeos, or a weekend promotional event in a service area)
- Event set up and tear down and load and unload event equipment and supplies.
- Some travel may be necessary.
