In this role, you will support and serve the employees and customers within your region with leadership and valuable partnerships. You will serve as the senior regional leader and expert, strategic partner with both internal Lyte leaders and external community partners and lead a team that will focus on local sales growth, maximizing customer satisfaction and be a strong voice throughout Lyte to voice local market trends/feedback.
Responsibilities
- Establish strong partnerships across cross functional areas including construction, government relations, field service, human resources, IT, as well as sales and marketing to drive revenue and customer growth
- Provide ELT updates, reporting via monthly results and key performance indicators. Results such as network health, sub growth, customer penetration, NPS and revenue/expense management
- Provide local market intelligence to defend competitive threats, community desires, other opportunities etc.
- Provide key information to sales and marketing to keep up with service and product offerings as well as needed promotional offers and network growth opportunities for both residential and consumer target areas
- Own and manage regional P&L. Responsible for cross functional regional reviews to include subscriber, financial, and operating KPIs as well as customer and employee experience metrics.
- Prepare and deliver monthly operating reports as part of regular reviews with local and HQ leaders
- Manage a regional team that will be local plus primary region to build local partnerships and create, plan and participate in local community events that align with community government and local citizens
- Suggest and justify local investments (local employee resources and budgeted dollars) to ensure strategic goals are being met while driving overall ROI goals

Qualifications
- 10 years of telecom or similar general management, public relations, government, media, communications, and/or community relations experience
- BS degree in business, communications, or related field
- Strong influencing and relationship building skills can influence and drive results in a matrixed environment and in areas where may not have direct authority
- Strong mediating skills by building consensus and common goals and delivering business results
- Strong understanding of telecommunications industry, competition, and local markets
- Experience in developing and executing public relations plans and initiatives
- Matrix management experience both direct and indirect teams
- Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities by prioritizing, act quickly with good judgment while resolving roadblocks
- Understanding of key financial performance measurements
- Knowledge of media and telecommunications industries
- Relevant media relations experience
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
