As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that we maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. This role requires a results-driven recruiter with experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring large numbers of candidates efficiently—particularly in sales, call centers, and solar-related roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring targets while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for high-volume roles in sales, customer service, and operations.
- High-Volume Hiring: Consistently fill multiple open positions per week, ensuring that hiring needs are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Sourcing Talent: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other creative methods to attract top talent.
- Database Management: Maintain organized candidate records and track recruitment activity efficiently.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department leads to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, candidate pipeline status) to optimize efficiency.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and professional hiring experience for all candidates.
- Employer Branding: Represent Lytegen Solar as an employer of choice by promoting our mission, culture, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in sales, call centers, or solar industries.
- Proven track record of filling multiple roles quickly while maintaining candidate quality.
- Strong sourcing abilities with experience using LinkedIn and managing recruitment databases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple hiring pipelines.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and a passion for recruiting top talent.
