This role will focus on handling high volumes of prescreening, interviewing, and sourcing qualified candidates for sales positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using ATS systems, managing large applicant pools, and effectively identifying top-tier sales talent.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of prescreens and interviews, ensuring timely and effective candidate evaluation.
- Use ATS systems to manage and track applicants, maintain a streamlined process for recruiting, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Leverage sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified sales candidates across various platforms.
- Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate candidates for sales roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate records and status within the ATS system to ensure smooth communication and process flow.
- Provide regular updates and reports on candidate pipelines, interview results, and hiring progress.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing methods and best practices to attract high-quality talent.
- Ensure a high level of communication with candidates, providing feedback and updates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in building a pipeline of sales candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in sales recruitment and ATS systems to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, specifically within sales roles.
- Strong experience using ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems) to manage large applicant pools efficiently.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use recruiting platforms and tools to streamline and optimize the hiring process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
