The Project Coordinator at Lywood Automation is a proactive and detail-oriented person who can effectively manage internal coordination across departments, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensure the seamless execution of projects. The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in addressing client and project issues. This position is integral to maintaining client satisfaction and delivering on Lywood Automation’s commitment to excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships to create trust and a culture of collaboration.
· Oversee project timelines and milestones to ensure successful execution on all projects.
· Monitor project progress and proactively address potential challenges or delays.
· Facilitate internal collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
· Identify and resolve project or client issues efficiently, leveraging internal resources.
· Escalate complex or critical issues to the division President only when necessary.
· Collaborate with team leads across departments to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
· Organize and lead regular project status meetings, documenting action items and follow-ups.
· Provide updates and reports on project performance to Lywood’s leadership team.
Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
· 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in automation, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
