Title: Quality Control Inspector- Test
Position Overview: As a Quality Control Inspector- Test, you will be responsible for conducting tests and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This includes performing detailed assessments and verifying all required documentation. You will be involved in all areas of quality control, including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of testing and inspection processes are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming inspection, in process inspection, first article inspection, final inspection, and functional testing of electronic and mechanical components with minimal assistance.
- Conduct product testing to verify performance, reliability, and compliance with quality standards.
- Generate internal and external reports related to inspections, testing, and quality findings.
- Communicate non conformances, document findings, and collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams to drive corrective actions. Ensure all incoming in process, and final materials meet specifications through thorough testing and inspection.
- Perform routine SAP transactions to move, disposition and route material effectively.
Key Competencies & Skills required:
- Experience with MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-STD-883, IPC-600 and 610, J-STD-001.
- Knowledge and experience in performing component packaging inspection.

Ability to identify defects or inconsistencies in process.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to support test technicians and Engineers running a variety of test to meet tight deadlines.
- Basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- High School diploma (or equivalent) or AS degree (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years Quality Control inspection experience (preferred).
- Supporting production testing on the IC package test shop floor.
- Comfortable working with automated equipment.
- Knowledge of methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen for supporting the team to keep improving processes.
- Due to ITAR regulations, candidates must be a US person.
