M.A.J. Law Firm is seeking a motivated and passionate attorney with capability to present arguments confidently and persuasively in court or administrative hearings, respond to judicial inquiries, and counter opposing counsel’s arguments, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration COURT
- Strong knowledge of letigation, analysiing legal cases and regulations, and drafting strong legal arguments.

- Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation in various immigration cases, including asylum, removal defense, family-based immigration, and more.
- Prepare and file legal documents related to immigration petitions and applications.
- Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.
- Represent clients in immigration court and before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
- Stay current on changes in immigration laws and policies.
