M. A. Mortenson Company seeks a full-time Lead Software Developer based in Minneapolis, MN. The Lead Software Developer serves as a technical leader for all activities related to the development of solutions within the company’s applications architecture and works with other groups to design, document, develop, test, and implement solutions within the company’s applications portfolio.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and five (5) years related (progressive, postbaccalaureate) experience. Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following: (1) creating proof of concept and needs assessment for business needs; (2) working on the definition, development, and documentation of software’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications; (3) developing with Oracle Cloud ERP Using Oracle Visual Builder, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle ERP customization, and Oracle workflow development; (4) creating standards for development, testing, and specifications for software programs according to requirements and best practices; and (5) building, configuring, and monitoring interfaces to integrate Oracle Financial Systems with third-party systems. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Position requires domestic travel up to 25% of the time.

The base pay range for this role is $141,898 to $189,800. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
