Assistant Equipment Solutions Manager
SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking an Assistant Equipment Solutions Manager that will be responsible for partnering with the Assistant Equipment Solutions Manager to successfully manage Mortenson's equipment facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify current and future maintenance requirements by establishing rapport with management, and project personnel, craft, technicians, and other persons in a position to understand maintenance requirements.
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Invoice processing, month-end close processes, and other accounting functions as needed.
- Learn and understand equipment rate schedules and how they are built.
- Ensure production operations by determining work priorities and scheduling repair and maintenance, of machines, tools, and equipment.
- Support product development and improvement by reviewing new product plans, discussing equipment needs, coordinating activities of technicians and workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment.
- Design, implement, and modify preventive maintenance programs by reviewing production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics, inspecting operating machines, equipment, and systems for conformance with operational standards.
- Direct operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

The base pay range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations : Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
