Job Description
SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking a
Senior Marketing Coordinator
that will provide coordination of proposals and presentations while supporting all marketing and communications efforts for the operating group.
RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare proposal and marketing materialsGather, verify, and format informationEnsure accuracy of timely proposals and marketing materialsMaintain marketing files and systems (SalesForce, proposal files, etc.)Collect and update project profiles for contentAssemble, write, and edit marketing and communications collateral supporting sales, business development, and project pursuit, including presentations, brochures, articles, news releases, electronic and print mailings and social media posts, etc.QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related fieldMinimum of three years' experience in marketingMinimum of two years of experience in the construction, engineering, or architectural industry preferredProficiency in layout programs (i.e., Adobe Creative suite or other desktop publishing programs)Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power PointGood graphic sensitivity and judgmentOutstanding writing and editing skillsStrong understanding of social mediaActive listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedbackA few benefits offered include :

is $68,200 - $92,100. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations : Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
