  • Compensation :

    60,000 - $175,000 at plan commissions

    Responsibilities :

  • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
  • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
  • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase / sale negotiations
  • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
  • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
