As a Commercial Superintendent, you will lead, motivate, and be held responsible for the project team in all efforts for safety, production, quality control, schedule, budget adherence, and daily on-site activities associated with the project.

Job Duties:
- Lead on-site project teams with safety, quality, and efficiency at the forefront
- Oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring compliance with contract documents
- Interpret blueprints & specs and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Inspect & audit project activities to maintain top-tier quality standards
- Partner with Project Managers to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities to help grow M. B. Kahn Services, LLC
Job Requirements:
- HS Diploma GED Required
- OSHA 30
- 5 years of commercial and/or industrial superintendent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Valid driver’s license
