M&C Assemblies has been in business for over 30 years, and we take pride in being the dominant assembly provider in the industry! We cater to large national retail chains for in-store assembly of retail products such as: toolboxes, grills, wheelbarrows, patio furniture, lawn mowers, etc.
As an Area Manager, you would oversee a group of accounts, cultivate customer relationships, maintain excellent quality control, and handle most of the staffing needs including but not limited to onboarding, certifying, and scheduling.
This is a full-time position requiring 45 hours per week, and reports to the Regional Vice President over the market.
** This position includes the area of West Texas as well (El Paso, Albuquerque NM, etc.) and will also require EXTENSIVE driving within the market. **
Position Requirements:
· 4 years of prior retail assembly experience or equivalent. Specifically: grills, riding mowers, and wheelbarrows. Previous management experience is a plus.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Reliable transportation.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Ability to pass a background check and MVR screening.
· Previous work references.
· Some assembly services will be required.
· Computer navigation skills including MS Office, Outlook Email, and MS Teams.
· Required availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Basic Requirements:

Compensation:
· Annualized base salary of $45k, paid biweekly.
· Up to 6% commission on crew assemblies in your market, paid monthly.
