M&C Assemblies has been in business for over 30 years, and we take pride in being the dominant assembly provider in the industry! We cater to large national retail chains for in-store assembly of retail products such as: toolboxes, grills, wheelbarrows, patio furniture, lawn mowers, cabinets, bikes, etc.

As an Area Account Manager, you would oversee a group of accounts, cultivate customer relationships, maintain excellent quality control, and handle most of the staffing needs including but not limited to Onboarding, certifying, and scheduling. This is a full-time position requiring 55 hours per week and reports to the Regional Director in the market.

- 4 years of prior retail assembly experience or equivalent.
- 3 years of previous manager experience.
- Specifically: grills, riding mowers, and wheelbarrows.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background screen and MVR.
- Work references.
- Some assembly services will be required.
- Computer navigation skills including MS Office, Outlook Email, and MS Teams.
- Previous management or military experience is a plus.
- Required availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Annualized base salary -- Paid biweekly.
- Commission up to 6% on crew assemblies -- Paid monthly.
