Overview:
Dean|Fluor is looking for a Custodial Supervisor job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team utilizing systems to promote performance, establish clear expectations, promote staff growth and development, provide constructive feedback, recognize success, correct undesirable work performance, focus on employee success, and develop a cohesive team.
- Monitor employee work hours to ensure accurate recording of hours worked, manage overtime, and approve time sheets.
- Organize workflow and prioritize the work of staff for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct facility inspections to determine safety and custodial needs.
- Provide for and participate in the cleaning of all assigned facilities.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools needed to maintain facilities.
- Be familiar with and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Follow universal precautions and all work safety practice controls established by OSHA.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma/GED coupled with five (5) or more years experience in custodial work with supervisory experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance.
- Must have basic computer skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- Must have organizational skills.
Abilities:
- Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
- Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
- Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
