Dean/Fluor is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to support the effort to preserve the condition and functionality of a 24/7/365 critical government facility. The Maintenance Coordinator is an administrative support position and is responsible for providing day-to-day support for the management and staff at the UDC.
The Maintenance Coordinator's job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Inventories, orders, receives, distributes, and updates inventories of tools and materials within warehouse logistics systems.
* Performs inventory cycle counts, updating and maintaining stored inventory levels.
* Reviews and updates tool list and performs field audits of tools for inventory control.
* Reviews, maintains, and updates logistics processes and procedures.
* Reviews, inputs, manage the restricted items database for required Dean/Fluor instruments.
* Creates job plans using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS, Maximo) for new and existing logistics work.
* Gathers and inputs asset data information into CMMS.
* Identifies and labels equipment to correct erroneous labels or asset numbers.
* Creates, tracks, and closes out work orders based on government service requests in CMMS for Dean/Fluor technician action/resolution.
* Reviews and approves labor transactions for CMMS work orders.
* Assists in basic CMMS (Maximo) troubleshooting requests.
* Performs basic IT preventative maintenance and support functions (such as mapping and checking printer functions, changing toner, etc.)
* Assists with future work order scheduling meeting notes and updates to CMMS orders.
* Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
Experience with MS Office, and particularly Excel, and internet based applications
* High School diploma coupled with at least three (2) years of experience in an office environment.
* Ability to read and comprehend work orders and other printed and/or written material as it relates to the job.
* Ability to input basic information into computerized maintenance and time keeping databases.
* Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
* Must be able to work as needed. Willing to work overtime as necessary to complete tasks.
* Must comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.
* Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment.
* Requires excellent verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills in English.
* Ability to organize and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
* Must perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as requested.
* Must be able to achieve and maintain security clearance.

Abilities:
- Lifts at least 100 pounds at one time and 60 pounds for an extended period of time.
- Relocates a 12 foot stepladder without assistance.
- Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders.
- Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis.
- Possess good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English.
- May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools.
- Tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
