Job Purpose
As a Store Manager, you are responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of store operations while leading and developing a strong team. Your role involves managing daily activities in accordance with M.C. LLC and Jiffy Lube policies and procedures. You will drive store success by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a well-maintained and organized facility, effectively managing inventory, overseeing accurate cash handling, and strategically utilizing labor to enhance overall performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee, lead, and train a team.
- Represent Jiffy Lube in a positive and exceptional manner.
- Exceed customer service expectations on a daily basis.
- Enforce safety, attendance, personal behavior, and various additional company policies.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of current sales and sales targets.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints/warranties to company expectations.
- To ensure the completion of all required computer-based training and other on-the-job training at the facility.
- Manage the flow of customer traffic to optimize service times.
- Generate sales for the store and revenue for the company.
- Orders, receives and audits inventory to ensure optimum inventory control.
- Communicates effectively to address issues or concerns in a timely manner with employees, leadership team, and HR team.
- To attend monthly manager meetings and then conduct monthly store safety meetings informing the store employees on the important topics covered.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience managing employees
- 2-3 years of automotive/quick lube experience required.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Succeeds in a team environment and works well with others

- Passion for automotive repair and maintenance
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced environment.
- Intermittent pressure to produce under severe time constraints and deadlines.
- May be required to work beyond office hours and weekends from time to time.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand on concrete or metal surfaces for extended periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours.)
- Work in an environment that frequently experiences extreme hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes.
- Lift and move inventory items, trashcans and other work-related items (up to 50 pounds).
- Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours.
- Must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the shift.
