What You'll Do:
- Design and create high-quality presentations, including pitch decks, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
- Collaborate with the new business team to understand client goals, objectives, and brand guidelines, ensuring presentations align with client needs and expectations.
- Revise and refine presentations based on feedback from stakeholders, making adjustments to both design and content where necessary.
- Ensure all presentations are cohesive, polished, and meet high-quality standards..
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, working under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Stay current with industry trends and design best practices, ensuring presentations are modern, creative, and effective.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong visual design skills, including proficiency in typography, color theory, and layout design, and overall presentation aesthetics.
- Proficiency with design tools such as PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other relevant software.
- Experience working in an agency environment and/or with business development teams is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and understand project needs.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure, ensuring deadlines are consistently met without compromising quality.
