Vice President - Client Services

We are seeking a Vice President in Client Services, to lead high-profile client initiatives, oversee integrated communications strategies and execute innovative PR campaigns. You will play a key role in both shaping and driving client strategy, maintaining key relationships, and ensuring long-term success. The role requires a balance of creative vision, strategic oversight, and leadership, particularly with a focus on clients in the sport sector.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to guide and grow the agency, ensuring it runs smoothly, delivering strategic and creative excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of client service. Your leadership will be vital to cultivating an inspiring, results-driven culture across the agency, driving both client satisfaction and business growth.

What You'll Do :

Client Leadership & Strategy

• Oversee all aspects of client relationships, ensuring flawless execution of strategic and creative campaigns.
• Act as the primary strategic advisor, providing high-level counsel to clients and driving their long-term success.
• Lead and develop integrated PR campaigns, with an emphasis on sports aligning creative strategies with client objectives.
• Maintain senior relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and proactive solutions for their evolving needs.
• Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and inter-agency partners, ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns across all touchpoints.

Salary range is $130,000 - 160,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
