Responsibilities : At least one year of experience with multi-family roofing installation.
- Replacement and repair work of installs, tear-offs, redeck, replacements
- Thoroughly clean job site, take photos before and after, upload them to the CRM
- Communicate with homeowners and Superintendents while onsite to address any problems
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Certificate of Insurance with the following coverage minimums :
General Liability -
2 million aggregate
2 million products & completed operations
1 million per occurrence
Automobile Liability - $1 million combined single limit
Workman's Compensation - $500k-$500k-$500k
