AP DATA ENTRY CLERK
The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for supporting accounts payable activities for the company. The Accounts Payable Processor, under direct supervision, performs the duties necessary for preparing invoices, statements, and vouchers for payment.

- Possess basic accounting and mathematical skills to be able to post transactions or perform bookkeeping entries
- Responsible for proper coding and job costing of invoices and applying accrued tax where necessary
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Reconciles invoices, data entry of invoices into accounting system for processing as applicable.
- Scan invoices and invoice back-up for processing.
- Actively communicates approvals and tracks approval hierarchy to ensure timeliness of payment processing.
- Reconciling two credit card statements and verifying proper documentation
- Facilitates and supports new vendor setup activities including keeping up with W9’s
- Yearly 1099’s
- Submitting consumer use taxes to the state monthly
- Statement reconciliation
- Scheduling payments on multiple platforms
- Maintains accounts payable vendor files
- Other duties as assigned – room to grow and learn other functions
REQUIREMENTS/LICENSE
- Valid State Driver’s License
- High School Diploma
- Very strong work ethic and punctuality
- Construction office experience preferred
- Accounts Payable experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
