What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appliance Delivery Agent position at M&D Transport, INC?
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries
- Install appliances as required on each delivery
- Haul away old appliances if required on each delivery
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures
Experience:
- No prior appliance delivery experience necessary. We will train.
- Ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation tools
- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
- Strong attention to detail to accurately record delivery information
This is a 2-person job, I am looking for dependable individuals with a good understanding of teamwork.
$150 a day tips with a potential raise based on performance.
Paid every Friday.
Must be able to pass a background check.
The first 2-3 days are at training pay if no prior experience.
We deliver and install appliances to homes and businesses within a 150-mile radius. You are home every night. Day start at 6:30 am and varies ending time.
