Sewing Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, focusing on fabricating Outdoor and Marine products, ensuring high-quality construction. This position requires proficiency with sewing machines and a strong understanding of product construction techniques. The Operator will work in a warehouse environment, collaborating with team members to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines to fabricate garments according to specifications.
• Perform Outdoor and Marine product construction tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality in each piece produced.
• Maintain equipment by conducting regular inspections and performing minor repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure the workspace is organized and adheres to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during production.

Experience

• Previous experience in Outdoor and Marine product construction or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating sewing machines is essential for this role.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp-to-hire, Internship

Pay: $15.00 - $23.11 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
