Responsibilities
- Operate sewing machines to fabricate garments according to specifications.
- Perform Outdoor and Marine product construction tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality in each piece produced.
- Maintain equipment by conducting regular inspections and performing minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure the workspace is organized and adheres to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used during production.
Experience
- Previous experience in Outdoor and Marine product construction or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating sewing machines is essential for this role.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
