Our firm is currently seeking an individual to join our team as an innovative, entry-level Brand Representative. The companies we work with are at the top of their field, providing technology and services that connect our local communities. It is our team of Brand Representatives and managers who identify the areas in which they can help and provide solutions to prospective customers via service, sales, and product information. Our focus is creating new customers and retaining the current consumer base through personal interactions. We have found success in adding a personal touch to the consumer experience.
Our entry-level Brand Representatives are prepared for their role via training in product knowledge, customer communication, and client services. They are essential in generating new sales and gathering and maintaining records to review and revise marketing practices. Our next Brand Representative should be consumer-centric and possess impeccable communication, interpersonal skills, and entry-level knowledge of customer service.
The Brand Representative Will be Responsible for:
- Mastering all client product and service knowledge
- Answering any consumer questions and representing the client according to all compliant guidelines
- Build a skilled understanding of client services, industry, and sales systems to provide adequate customer service
- Recommending products and services according to consumer needs and wants
- Recording results of interactions with consumers and bringing results back to clients
- Attending daily team planning meetings and entry-level training to contribute individual ideas
- Provide feedback to clients on how to better improve processes
- Work closely with other entry-level and senior team members and trade best practices
Qualities of a Brand Representative Candidate:
- A Higher education degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Entry-level knowledge and experience working in a customer-driven environment with customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or management
- A love for learning and a want to go above and beyond
- A team spirit and ability to work well with others as well as solo
- An innovative spirit and resilient attitude
- This position requires daily commute to our office in Clearwater, FL Monday - Friday
