Our firm is currently seeking an individual to join our team as an innovative Customer Relations Representative. We combine divergent skill sets and services to create integrated sales campaigns and compelling customer experiences. We know the importance of connecting brands with their audience, which is why we utilize our expertise and knowledge to help our clients plan their sales strategy and enter into new and existing markets.
Our focus is on creating new customers and retaining the current consumer base through personal interactions. We have found success in adding a personal touch to the consumer experience. The Customer Relations Representative will be responsible for working directly with customers and representing our clients during sales transactions with the utmost professionalism. This person should be consumer-centric and possess impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
The Customer Relations Representative Will be Responsible for:
- Completing new product and service sales using our POS system and personal outreach initiatives
- Mastering all client product and service knowledge
- Answering any consumer questions and representing the client according to all compliant guidelines
- Recommending products and services according to consumer needs and wants
- Recording results of sales interactions with consumers and bringing results back to clients
- Attending daily team planning meetings and contributing individual ideas
- Provide feedback to clients on how to better improve sales processes
- Work closely with other customer relations and sales team members and trade best practices
Qualities of a Customer Relations Representative:
- A High school diploma or equivalency minimum
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1-5 years of experience working in a customer service, retail, or sales environment
- A love for learning and a want to go above and beyond
- Ability to absorb and implement sales, marketing, outreach, compliance, and business practices through proper training and development
- A team spirit and ability to work well with others as well as solo
- An innovative spirit and resilient attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,800.00 per month
