About the Role :
We are seeking a friendly and organized Part time - Automotive Receptionist / BDC to join our team at M&F Auto Sales in Rio Rancho, NM. This position plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our sales department.
Our BDC department is the link between leads and appointments in the dealership. We are looking for an experienced candidate with skills that include :
- Automotive experience
- Strong communication - phone and electronically
- Organized
- Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and appointments
- Outgoing, friendly personality
- Goal oriented
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned
- Support the sales team with various tasks as need
- Be a team player
You will be responsible for managing leads, setting appointments, working with sales team to coordinate, client communications, setting and managing appointments.
