This role offers the opportunity to lead and motivate a sales team, while also providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. As a Rotating Sales Desk Manager, you'll assist the GSM with running the dealership and be responsible for maximizing profitability and closing sales daily, as well as assisting between our 3 Dealerships as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Work with your sales management team to manage, and supervise the performance of the sales department
- Monitor customer traffic and oversee sales staff to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction of our customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Be proficient in our CRM software and other auto software systems for desking
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Coach sales team through each step of the sales process and help close deals
- Oversee the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating and closing deals
- Make daily follow-up calls for all unsold clients who visit our dealership or contact via phone or internet
- Ensure salespeople follow our process and complete their paperwork accurately.
- Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are priced competitively
- Handle customer complaints immediately and in accordance to dealership guidelines
- Keep track of our inventory
- Assess trade-ins.
- Other duties as assigned
Sales Management experience is preferred. Compensation level will be based on prior experience.
- Prior experience in automotive sales or management
- Maintain Professional Appearance
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Proficient knowledge of dealership computer systems
- Previous industry knowledge and overall knowledge of operations, management, and customer relationships
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of how lenders work
- Must pass a drug test
