The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role by overseeing the maintenance department and all aspects of the community needs. You will participate on our maintenance team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining the overall physical condition of the community, providing top-notch customer service and managing and supporting a team focused on representing our brand in the most professional and positive way.

Duties:
- Responds to resident service requests and issues
- Prepare units to move-in ready condition
- Performs various community maintenance functions
- Maintain Preventative Maintenance tasks
- Report any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager
Requirements:
- Assist with on-call responsibilities
- Apartment make ready experience
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- HVAC certification is a huge plus
