What You’ll Do:
Leasing & Occupancy:
- Actively drive leasing efforts to achieve and maintain full occupancy across our portfolio.
- Host property tours, manage online listings, and implement innovative marketing strategies.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of leasing applications, renewals, and agreements.
Collections & Delinquency Management:
- Take ownership of the collections process, implementing strategies to minimize delinquencies.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with residents to resolve overdue payments.
- Partner with legal teams to handle escalated cases, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Resident Relations:
- Act as the primary contact for residents, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Build positive, lasting relationships to foster resident satisfaction and lease renewals.
- Participate in community engagement events to enhance the living experience.
Team & Administrative Support:
- Maintain detailed records of leasing activities, payment histories, and delinquency resolutions.
- Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, stepping in as needed.
- Mentor and train leasing team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in property management with a proven track record in leasing and collections.
- Demonstrated success in improving occupancy rates and reducing delinquencies.
- Skills & Certifications:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).
- Industry certifications such as CAM or ARM preferred but not required.
