Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in a multi-location service environment, with 3-5 years of leadership experience.
- Mechanical expertise with 5 years of Service Advisor/Manager experience; hands-on experience in vehicle service work, warranty repairs, process engineering, and computer system integration.
- A degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with a background in the service/mechanic industry is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure all processes run smoothly.
- Computer Savvy: Experience with ERP or CRM systems (preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to leverage technology for efficient operations.
