Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Associate / Cashier for two overnight shifts plus other shifts as needed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and contributing to a positive and efficient store environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in basic math calculations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic retail team. Also, being a self starter is a must.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operate a cash register, accurately process transactions, and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of store products, including features, benefits, and prices.
- Assist customers with purchases, answer questions, and make recommendations to increase sales.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services, and encourage repeat business.
- Demonstrate strong retail math skills to accurately handle cash and manage inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Collaborate with coworkers to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Perform tasks as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
