The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care /Skilled Nursing Facility regulations and follows established policies and procedures at our Skillled Nursing facility in Minneapolis, MN.
The nursing schedule includes;
- 48 hours per two weeks
- Evening shift, evening shift adder pay

Responsibilities/Job Description
- Provides professional nursing cares and treatments
- Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff
- Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status
Qualifications
Required:
- MN LPN licensure
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS)
- Able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
