Practice Description

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services.

Practice Details:

• 17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians.
• Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day.
• 34 patient contact hours per week.
• Opportunities for physicians to perform procedures including c-sections.
• Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE - Flexible schedule
• As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.
• BC/BE with the AANP or ANNC.
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
• 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience required.

M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton is located approximately 60 minutes from Minneapolis and 30 minutes from St Cloud, MN. We are situated on the same campus as M Health Fairview Northland Medical Center.
