Job Summary
We are seeking professional, friendly, and efficient Banquet Bartenders and Servers to join our event team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service during social and corporate events, parties, and other special occasions. The ideal candidate has a customer-first attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Bartender Duties
- Set up and break down the bar according to event specifications.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly.
- Verify age of customers for alcohol service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout the event.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Server Duties
- Set up banquet spaces with proper linens, silverware, glassware, and decor.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Clear dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables as courses are completed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the event.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in food & beverage service preferred.
- Must be 18 (or 21 , depending on alcohol service laws)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including events, weekends, and holidays.
