Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the bar. Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient and profitable service.
- Recruit, train, and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
- Monitor bar stock and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Track sales and monitor bar profitability, preparing reports for senior management
- Foster a positive and energetic environment for staff and patrons
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledgeable of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in POS systems and basic financial reporting
