Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Manager is to monitor, analyze, and execute opportunities and strategies for paid search and paid social channels across multiple markets. The candidate will assist the Digital Marketing Director with auditing and maintaining other various digital marketing strategies. The candidate should have excellent communication skills via email and telephone, and the ability to align all content and campaigns with prescribed brand and style guides. The candidate should bring an analyst mindset to evaluating performance across all digital marketing channels.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and execute opportunities and strategies for Paid channels
- Align digital marketing strategies with company and team mission, goals, and values
- Maintain vendor relationships for Paid channels
- Assist in editing, uploading, and auditing website content
- Proficiency in Excel and various reporting tools to identify and share opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education Experience
- 3-4 years of digital marketing experience
- Understanding of Paid Campaigns via Google and Meta
- Proficient in Google Analytics & Google Looker Studio
- Must be extremely organized, detailed oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize and manage time
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new applications
- In-person at our Easton Town Center office in Columbus, Ohio
