Job Summary
The Design Intern will experience the day-to-day activities for supporting our corporate marketing team located in Columbus, Ohio. The intern will have an excellent opportunity be part of a seasoned passionate design team that creates a wide range of video, print, and digitals marketing materials for our 17 markets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create marketing materials in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere
- Projects could include: advertisements, postcards, posters, fliers, event programs, videos, social cards, animations, and more
- Projects will vary in scope, size, and skill level
- The intern will be expected to maintain constant communication with their supervisor, tackle tasks to the best of their availability, and ask for help when needed
- Apply your skills and talents to improving processes and workflow
- Share ideas, offer suggestions, and make an impact
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the design team process
- Follow internal design team process
- Will work closely with their supervisor/team members to refine projects until a high standard of design is achieved
- Work cross-functionally to create graphics and designs while collaborating closely with other team members and/or manager to successfully execute projects
- The organization, storage and archiving of design element files
Minimum Education/Qualifications
- Ideal candidate is working toward a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, Communications, Design, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements
- In-person at our Easton Town Center office in Columbus, Ohio
