What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Trimmer position at M & J Agronomics?
We are expanding our operation and excited to add another Trimmer to our Arise Cannabis Team!
If you're an experienced Trimmer who enjoys working with cannabis, has an attention to detail and is quick with your scissors, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities include:
- Precise and efficient trimming of cannabis flower to remove excess leaves and stems while preserving
- Follow SOPs to ensure consistency in work and compliance with standards
- Work in team environment, collaborating to meet production goals and maintain good workflow
- Communicate concerns or issues with flower quality
- Assist with other team needs as directed by the Trim Room Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cannabis trimming or related role
- Ability to work efficiently in a faced-paced environment
- Ability to work well with in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability
