Sales Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team ASAP!
This is a Sales Operations Position and will focus on assisting the Sales and Operations Teams. This role will be primarily responsible for customer support, sales & operations support, tracking sales leads, managing inventory and sales/sample processing.
This is a full-time position and compensation for the role will be $18 per hour. There will be opportunities for additional compensation- performance bonuses will be earned by reaching sales team goals and other opportunities qualified by the Director of Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following
Assist Sales Team to drive Sales & Market Share growth.
Sales Operations
- Prepare and organize sales manifests to efficiently get the sales reps in and out of the farm;
- Ready inventory for special orders and specific sales rep requests;
- Support route creation and schedule for all reps;
- Maintain tracking, reporting and oversight of collections;
- Maintain accuracy in tracking of inventory.
Inventory Management
- Maintain a clean and organized storage room;
- Replenish inventory levels to ensure zero stock-outs.
Sales Support
LeafLink- help maintain our online marketplace:
- Assign incoming sales and sample requests to the relevant sales rep;
- Maintain inventory levels as laid out by management;
- Update product and promotional information;
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints;
- Assure all activities are accomplished in a timely manner.
Distributors
- Assist with sales, collections and product delivery.
Account Management
- Conduct new customer outreach, sending new leads to the Sales Team;
- Execute email campaigns as assigned by Management;
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests;
- Track customer interactions and outreach using company provided CRM;
- Provide internal feedback about marketing assets, competitors, and innovation to the team.
Assist sales reps with the scheduling of sales events and customer appreciation demos to educate end-consumers and budtenders.
Creatively solve problems and overcome objections.
Weekly and daily administrative tasks as needed.
Respond to internal slack messages and external emails with a sense of urgency.
Work with multiple departments; finance, inventory, and distribution on a daily basis ensuring proper planning and execution of routes based on collection requirements and product availability.
This position may require some travel in order to collect from customers and/or fulfill orders in the field.
At times this position may need to assist operations, grow and lab teams with- Metrc, harvest, packaging, etc.

Qualifications:
- Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit Required
- METRC Certification Required
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Organized and detail-oriented
